Talking 744mhz o/c

woohoo... 1700+ 1467 @ 2211 on air!

Who could have thunk it? I'm getting more overclock than the speed of my original socket 'a' cpu... a 600mhz Duron.

intersting stats from previous AMD cpu's I've had...

600 Duron @ 936 - 936/600=1.56
1000 Athlon 'c' @ 1536 - 1536/1000=1.54
1400 athlonxp @ 1856 - 1856/1400=1.33
1467 athlonxp @ 2211 - 2211/1467=1.51

...so, it looks like the 1600+ was the worst o/c'r of the bunch.

Congratulations, LBJGH. This is one fantastic OC! Some folks have a "green thumb" for gardening. Looks like you have the equivalent digit for overclocking.

I've set the Vcore to 1.90v in the bios... windows displays 1.94v

I gotta love the t-bred 'b'... my temps are about 10c lower than my old palomino 1600+
