Ok loki...
Since you are actually running at a slower mhz than stock w/ improved timings, you may want to try dropping your voltage, if you are running it high at the moment. Hopefully, you can run stable at 2.5 or 2.6v.

Also, as I mentioned before, your default multiplier should be 13.5x. As such, your mobo should be able to run 13x and higher... If you really want, you can paint a single bridge (or other similar trick) to enable lower multipliers... You will lose 13x and higher, but will be able to use 12.5x and down.... At 12x 166, that's 2ghz... your system should be able to handle that easily... and maybe a bit more....

Since you seem to have the bug, keep asking.... and look around the forums... There's a lot of knowledge to be found.

"after normal boot at default settings"
The most important thing to remember when flashing the BIOS!

I'm thinking that your 2200 should be able to get to 2100. Maybe you should try rolling back the FSB to 145 and setting the multiplier to 14. That would put you where you are now, give or take a few MHz's. Either that or try to keep it at 13.5 and keep pushing it higher, but it sounds like the FSB might be topped out. So the other way to get more MHz's is by lowering the FSB and raising the multiplier.

I've droped to 145 cuz it booped out when i stress tested it, so its running at 1985mhz at the moment. When i get back home again I'll see if i can push up the multiplier to 14...
