bridging the gap on an amd xp2400

i have seen the alternative to bridging the l3 bridge, (joining the pins) but i dont much fancy having to carve a bit out of the motherboard, and am thinking it wont have as good fit.......does anyone know or have a link to a resource which will give me a tutorial on how to bridgle the l3 bridges on xp2400 processor to unlock it?

I would suggest this product because I've used it personally and it is non permanent.

Here is a video review

A good review

Manufacturers instructions are well worth looking at.

Best of luck with it.

FAQ Answers

Something I want is out of stock, what's the Wait List? (up)

You ask, we respond! To better meet your needs we have initiated a "Wait List" program for items that are out of stock or on backorder. Once an items is out of stock a link showing "Add to Wait List" will appear. Click on that to add your email address and you will be emailed as soon as the item is available. This is a great way to be first in line for those popular items that sell out quickly.

Pre-ordering is also an option. To pre-order, continue to add the item to your cart and then checkout. You're charged right away, but this pre-order method will assure you get what you need right when it becomes available. We will email pre-orders with a shipping confirmation once they ship, and stock level updates will be posted on the main page under Late Breaking Info.

Read here for details.

Your personal info is always kept confidential.

Where can I find your shipping/return policies and payment info? (up)

In our Customer Support Center!

______________________________

I have a question about multiple charges to my account.

When multiple charges appear on your "real time" online credit card account, what you're seeing is a capture of funds, or a temp charge. This is a standard procedure the all credit card verification systems do automatically. This basically tells the system you have the necessary credit available. The "capture" will automatically be removed from your account in a few days.

If we tell you your card was declined (for whatever reason) you will still see a capture for each attempt we make to process your card. If we get a declined transaction(s) the charges you see will automatically drop off your account before you get your monthly statement since the order was not processed.

Go Here and read what MBNA bank has to say about temp charges.

I have questions about a product.

Feel free to email us or the product's manufacturer for help. Clicking on the product's name or picture will take you to the product's detail page where you'll find important specifics on setup, use and specifications.

We also have a How-To Guide section with some useful info.

Error message during checkout? (up)

It's rare but it does happen. Please email us and we'll take care of any problems immediately.

______________________________

How do I use the Bargain Bin, and what is it anyway? (up)

The Bargain Bin functions just like the rest of the store: Place the items you want in your cart then proceed to checkout. Shipping method can be selected during checkout procedure. The Bargain Bin is a section devoted to great deals for you. Items here are closeout, unwanted returns, scratch and dent, or just have some damaged packaging. The product descriptions will tell you about the condition. Either way, the prices are slashed and product is good which means big savings for you.

______________________________

Do you ship internationally? (up)

We recommend UPS Worldwide for all overseas shipments. The shipping table in our shopping cart pulls shipping costs right from the UPS website so they are accurate. Not every country is supported, if they are the name will be listed in the country selection menu during checkout.

US Air Mail is a cost effective shipping option (available for only certain light weight items) but since there is no tracking system we can't guarantee delivery. UPS is more expensive but it's worth it...

You are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or additional fees your country or the shipping company charges to import these items. We have no idea what you will be charged, if you are at all, but you may be charged a duty/import fee by the shipping company.
I see the kit is on backorder nwo. If you put your name on the wait list they will email you when it becomes available, which probably won't be very long from now. They manufacture the kit and as far as I know are the only distributor of it.

HTH!
