Wink pci latency to 64 fixed my irq pbm

doing some beginning overclocking & crashed; had to reinstall winxp. install (acpi&apci both on) went ok but sys seemed to have irq pbm. nic wouldn't work; mouse sort of floated around at times, etc. my search here showed a couple of threads that recommended changing pci latency timer from 32 to 64 -- it worked
