Nice OC!
Are your hard drives still working reliably at that FSB?
My 8K3A+ would work "fine" at 166 FSB but I got HDD corruption somehow!? Memory and a hot Paly XP1800+ CPU wouldn't let me go any higher reliably.
My new setup is a different story though, simply awesome!

Those new tbreds are mean, and cheap, man i wish i had a job
Just for the record my 8k3a+ is running 200fsb and had no hdd corruption either on the raid or normal ide channels, and the northbrigde is passivly cooled cant be bad

Very nice OC...what's cooling that puppy? I have an AGOGA 1900 at 1800 and it seems that's all I can get out of it. I only have a cheap case fan on it but I have an SLK 800 under it! MJ (the boss) doesn't want the 'delta screamer' on it! LOL

WHOAH. Nice OC. How much vcore did you need to get there? Managed to get to 2167MHz myself but only on a 166FSB (8K9A)... I had to up the vcore all the way 1.80v...though so I am not sure I want to run at these speed.

Your amazing FSB speeds are making me want to try bringing up FSB...

If up the FSB speeds is it likely that I can reach 2100-2200 MHz on a lower vcore 1.65/1.70v?

Actually, it is more likely that you would need more juice. Running a higher FSB means you will be stressing the mobo a bit more, generating more heat, and drawing more power for your chipset, memory and such. This will increase the power draw, and increase the fluctuation in power available to the CPU. It should not have a significant impact, but it's there.... If you have a marginal PSU, this will be more noticable.

Thanks SteveI

athlonboi:

Not as good as yours, but my pride and joy nonetheless. Stable

I actually only run at 1834MHz/333MHz FSB @ 1.475v becuase I am worried about the heat. AT default my system temp = CPU temp.
