How do I oc a stock Aptiva with an AMD K6 2/350???

well if your willing to really work for it its possible... try to figure out who manufactured the mobo and what model it is and you might be able to get a bios flash for it that will allow you to O/C it, if not you may be able to do it with software if you can identify the PLL generator...

Don't forget to search the motherboard for jumpers. Most Super7 motherboards will have multiplier jumpers, and many also have core voltage jumpers.

I think the old Aptivas were rebadged Acers.. which is not really good news. Follow SJ's advice and track down the PLL for that mobo. CPUFSB and SoftFSB are software programs that can enable some hidden settings. Don't expect too much tho... maybe 10-15%, and that alone may require additional cooling.
