1 GB DDR 400 Modules

A friend of mine is wanting to spec out a system to present to his employer for consideration in purchasing it, and letting him build it.

He wants AMD. He wants a 200 MHz FSB.
He wants 2 GB of RAM. Looks like nForce2 boards handle 1 GB sticks.

Which RAM manufacturer makes solid, high quality 1GB sticks of DDR400?
Any knowledgeable people out there able to help me out?

Most likely will be going with an XP2700+.

He will not be overclocking ( other than to rearrange the FSB/multiplier to probably 200 X 11).

To my knowledge you cannot get 1GB 3200, you can get 1Gb at 2100 nut I havent seen anything higher yet. If he is upping the FSB to 200 but lowering the multi to keep processor at stock speed, the processors and board are still being overclocked however.
