My father and uncle were enthusiastic about "the training." I attended a large event in LA. I was not impressed. Perhaps it isn't my place to comment, but I think it's weird that a Jewish guy would change his name to such a Germanic moniker. For want of a more nuanced description, I felt quasi-Nazified among that enthusiastic group of a few thousand. Bleh!

Pithy homilies are more impressive when written in Latin. How would you write "please don't expel sewer gas on the bus" go? Or, "they don't call it skunk weed for no reason," young man getting on the bus? Buses are mighty crowded because of expensive gasoline.

A flying carpet would be really great. But if everyone had one the traffic jams could get very ugly. Maneuvering on three axes, drunks would be hazardous. Do tell.

Killing oneself with drink. Talk about misery! It's a severe way to exit the only life we know. A fast acting poison is more merciful.

According to those that profess to know, we've overburdened the only planet we have with the hideous bipeds. Or us, if you prefer. How long will it take for the Earth to sigh and extinct all of our sorry butts? Do the rich ever ask themselves this question?

Probably not, or maybe they ask "when will the poor be thrown into the fires?" that stoke their steam heating.
