Are you aware that you can get just about ANYTHING in the way of music from the King County Library? AWESOME service!

Listening to Andres Segovia... Patti just told me that Ravi Shankar used to sit behind the guitar in Segovia's lap for his lessons...reports it's one of the cherished memories of his youth.

Nora Jones is Ravi's daughter... lucky in love I guess...

Yes, Bob has a cherished spot in my mind, too. I like Norah Jones a lot, it was a surprise to learn that she is Ravi Shankar's daughter.

Mint 14.1 Cinnamon is highly recommended in this neighborhood. Life without Microsoft(who sold us out to gummint snoops in 2007, before any other big league computer outfit, according to some) is a wonderful concept.

Tke it one day at a time and you be succesfull. Any how they are getting to expensive to support a habit. I quit smoking 17 years ago. The first weeks are the worse.

I gave up illegal drugs and alcohol 24 years ago, but only stopped smoking cinneretts in Feb 2012. Nicotine is so addictive that it should seriously be illegal. An ounce or less of weed is now legal where I live, but I seriously doubt that the feds agree with the State of Washington on this. Mister Preznit has no sense of humor--at all.
I'm allergic to sulfa drugs and marijuana so I have to leave both of them alone.

As I recall, high quality weed has always been expensive. $10 per gram of "greenbud" on the street, but that was in the last century!
