Welcome to the forums.

I think the 1700+ TBred B edges out the 1GHz AXIA TBird for best overclocking chip of all time.

Nice OC. Not bad for $59

I have 3 of these 1700 CPUs from SVC and they all clock about the same.

CPU # 1

ADXA1700DLT3C
JIUHB0319WPMW
9591037282357

CPU # 2

ADXA1700DLT3C
JIUHB0319WPMW
9591037282358

CPU# 3

ADXA1700DLT3C
JIUHB0319WPMW
9591037282317

The #3 Chip is in an 8RDA+ right now running at 220x11.5 @ 1.75V stable. Theres still room left in the chip but for now My memory is holding me back. That will change shortly though! Temps 37C idle & 41C load in a 70F room.

Cruising along at 200x10 with default voltages. Its a bit warm tonight and my Silent Heatpipe is doing a grand job keeping the temps at 50C at full load.

Laz,

Do you have any way of seeing what the overclock limit is of your week 0323 Tbred? Curious to know if all the 1700+ Tbreds after week 0308 are maintaining their overclockability. So far week 0308 - 0319 Tbreds are easily getting 2.5 Ghz. So damn sweet!

Haut^Karl, I'd like to think this one will go to 2.5Ghz as well, but my cooling cant handle that just yet. I've got a Tt XaserII case with 5x80mm silent fans and a CoolerMaster Silent Heatpipe. Its nice and quiet!
I'll get up extra early in the morning when its nice and cool and see what she'll do at lower ambient temps. Watch this space.....

Laz.

That's awesome Laz! Thx. AMD is turning out some crazy fast chips these days.

I can appreciate a quiet computer since mine is so damn noisy!!

@1.8, more VCore does not help

using SLK-800 and Sunon 50CFM in an Antec SLK 3700AMB

will not go higher on the FSB, might have to up the multiplier

Yep these are nice chips ( week 19's), but they do run hot.
My 1800+ at the same speed runs a fair amount cooler, but won't OC as well.

Hmmm.... just updated to the newest NF7-S v2 BIOS, v1.6, and I've noticed a marked decrease in reported temps, about 10C.
This has me slightly confused as what was once 49C and I considered too warm, time to settle at this OC, is now 39C and I'm thinking wow, there is still lots left in it!
Anyway, its also allowed me to go 200x10.5 for 2.1Ghz at default voltages, 1.5vCore and I cant really complain! This is sooooo much fun!
Will she do 2.2Ghz at stock?

Laz.

Actually, I think your current temps sound about right... I saw the same temp drop when I updated to the same bios... My CPU is running at 1.8v, an reading up to 50c now on hot days... and it is rock stable. You are only running 1.5v, so the temp difference compared to me sounds right. I'm cooling with an SK7+sf2.
