cpucity have 1700 DLT3C 0323's in stock. I've only seen one report of them at about 2.2GHz and rising. Might be a decent chip.
I got a XP2500 from there, AQXDA 0318 which does 2.4GHz stable

I got an XP1800 that will clear 2.4ghz! The only thing that hold me back is my 8rda3+ which switches itself off because of the OVP. When I do the mod (scared) it'll clear 2.4 easy, and if I'm lucky 2.5! Not bad for a 1.533ghz chip!

www.overclockers.co.uk used to do "guaranteed" xp1800's that were pre-tested to make sure they were good overclockers (I bought one), but they don't do them anymore. I suggest you keep an eye on them because they get them regularily I think.

You may also find your OCZ memory is holding you back by the way. I recommend twinmos with winbond PC3200. It rocks.
