Promi Mk2 gets me 2.8Ghz 100% Stable. Mk1 gets me 2.7Ghz... on 1700+ DLT3C JIUHB. The most important thing to note about these CPUs isn't that it's a 1ghz + overclock, it's that it's a 100% overclock...
