XP 2600 333fsb 13X multiplier please

Hi!

I have an XP 2600 with a 333fsb on an Epox 8k3a+ and I need to access the 13X multiplier and above. I already have access to the 12.5 and below without modifying the chip. I have searched the net and can only find guides on unlocking the 12.5 and lower multipliers using the 5th L3 bridge mod which is totally useless to me as I already have those multipliers without the mod. Please can someone help!

Cheers!

Yes I have seen this site but I am not very comfortable blowing/cutting bridges. I would rather have a mod that alows me to use the 13X, 14X and 15X multipliers listed in the bios.

Thanks for the help though

Sorry, but there is no easy solution with your hardware.
If you know what multiplier you really want, you can pin wrap to default to that multiplier. Other than that, do you really need easy access to all of them??

Ok that doesn't sound too hard. What pins do I have to connect to get 13X multiplier?

Also if I bought an Nforce2 mobo would I then have access to the higher multipliers?

Cheers again guys you've been a great help

Some boards can some boards can't. From my rudimentary understanding you need a mobo that uses a 5 bit FID (?) in the bios. This is available in some brands on some models. Abit uses it, and I think Soltec may as well.
