SATA/RAID Driver woes

Hey guys, I have my raid all set up now and chose the raid 0 with 32 bit cluster size. I'm ok with that now. But I used the drivers off the sata floppy and they of course need to be updated. Please remember I have the Sil3112 chip and the NF7-S r 2.0 board. I went to the Silicon Image Web site and tried to down load the new updated drivers. But no matter what I do I cant get my system to update from them. First off, I am confused by which one is the proper driver. If you to to the web site here: http://12.24.47.40/display/2/index....d=2&r=0.7602503
you will find two dowloads on the right side of the page, both of which are zip files.
here is one of them: 3x12_x86_.win_rdvr-10032.zip
here is the other: 3x1x_x86_win_sataraid-10019.zip
I assumed the correct one was the first one. I unzipped it to a floppy and tried to update the drivers through device mgr and it keeps telling me there are no files on the floppy that it can update from. Yes the files are there I checked that.
I looked at the properties for the SCSI controller and it indicates a driver version of 10028. So obviously it is not the most common version. I tried dl'ing them a couple of times, still no go.
Very irritating. Can you guys help me with this? Thanks, Mike

stick with the ones that came with the board, they work the best, no need to update.

set delay in bios to 1ms to avoid data corruption and you will be rewarded. been running with Raid 0 for months now, nary a problem.
