Overclocking Advice please....asus a7n8x

I have an Asus a7n8x deluxe, a 300 xp barton and 512 of twinx LL pc2700 corsair memory.... i want to overclock the fsb but how do i lock the agp and pci frequencies... Any advice is much appreciated.

I beleive the A7N8X, being nForce2 based, does the PCI locking for you automatically. You should also be able to adjust the AGP speed manually if you wish, otherwise it should remain at the default 66MHz.

In other words, you should just have to change the FSB, and the PCI and AGP will take care of themselves.

Correctemundo! It's my second machine, the one I use for writing test articles with and it runs all night and day with just about what you have (Barton 2500 333 FSB). Try using this BIOS just make sure what revision you have. It works kick ass. I run at 210 FSB 24/7 with it.
