From what I've gleaned elsewhere, some Giga boards are good oc'ers. Wouldn't be able to say about your's as I don't know which it be

Gigabyte has had very stable boards in the past with little overclocking function; however this past year (as far as I can gather) has seen a change in Gigabyte's target market ..

Gigabyte now offers better options for OCs and popular hardware features for followers of the newest mobo technology.

This being said, I regret that I cannot offer anything further on their boards made for AMD chips..

In the past week I have gathered a wealth of knowledge pertaining to the Gigabyte P4 boards, but so far I have not studied their AMDs.. (i'm beginning to think that almost nobody on this board uses P4 )

I would just go with the Asus if I couldn’t find an Abit that I liked..

Thumbs down

Dark Druid over at AtlantaOC.com won one of them also. He said the board is pretty much garbage. A little OC ability, but the main thing was temps...he couldn't keep the chip cool even underclocked...with an SK6 on it. I'd trade it for the Asus, and I'm not an Asus lover.

Talking

Yeah, I've been looking for a forum without the bad attitude and useless dribble. AOA's forum is kinda like sitting on the couch watching your football team win a playoff game. I tried quite a few forums, and honestly, just couldn't handle the attitude from most of them. This is a place to have fun and get the help you need...I'll be around to help whoever I can, and of course I'll be looking for some help myself too from time to time
