Question Pls, can you help me to choose the right Mobo?

I'm planning to go very very soon with a new XP+ box to replace my Cellie's system, but I've a dilemma on which Mobo to choose.
I'm considering the new Shuttle AK35, the Abit KR7A or the Epox 8KHA+, but I don't want unlock the Cpu multiplier, for the moment, or mod the Mobo for higher voltage, like needed on the AK31 v3.1 (scared about), so I need to manage higher Fsb (150-170Mhz) and VCore to get good OC results.
About the Cpu, well, I'm thinking to a XP1500+ or better a XP1600+ preferribly AGOGA and 256Mb or 512Mb of PC2700.

Please, let me know if you need of more detail, and thank you very much for you support Adriano.

I like Abit a lot, but honestly, EPoX is kicking some majoy butt here lately...I'd say go for the Epox 8KHA+...you can't go wrong there

or mod the Mobo for higher voltage,
out of the box the new Shuttle AK35 mobo will give you 2.3v to throw at your cpu.

Be very carefull choosing PC2700 ram at the moment. Since there is still no standard for it "most" of the PC2700 ram is just handpicked 7ns modules.

It's really difficult choose which one is the best, the Abit is very good for the ATA133 & for stability, Epox to handle higher Fsb (is it true that have a divider of 1/5???) and the Shuttle for the Cpu voltage!

Well, this is really an interesting info, thanks Random Nonsense (excuse me but I'm not good at all to remember names) I will get more info about this Mobo ASAP, especially the price, I must look for a dealer around Naples if available

Im very happy with my 8KHA+

It will run 171fsb with crucial 2100 ram.

It only has voltage upto 1.85v so if you want more then you will have to voltmod it.

Its also very cheap.

The KR7A has a great spec but you do have to pay for it.

Im not sure about the Shuttle, the high voltage is a big bonus (providing your cooling can cope with it)

Thanks guys for your suggestion, onestly I've some dealers that have Abit & Shuttle, not Epox, so now I'm thinking to a very expensive Abit, even if the Epox it's still very interesting, I need only to look more deeply on the italian market

Please what do you think about the DDR modules OCZ PC3000? the performance are really Hot and the price it's cheaper compared to many others!

P.S. I am a smal manufacturer too
