939 thats good for overclocking?

So.. there are a couple 939 boards out there right now... What would you guys recommend for overclocking? In the past I've gotten board that dont have any sort of clock deviders so my overclocking abilities have been limited... I dont watn to get stuck with that again. So.. Suggestions.

Thanks!

BTW.... I'll be using pc4000 corsair xms platinum ram (2x512 in dc ddr) and a 939 a64 3500+ w/ stock cooling for now.

Also, would anyone suggest that ram or should I go with something higher?
