Welcome to the forums! Warning, if you stay here to long you might just be spending to much time and money overclocking! :-D

We need more info. Motherboard, ram, cooling. Download sandra, it will tell you most of the info, http://www.sisoftware.demon.co.uk/sandra/. I'll be glad to help what I can, but I just got into AMD recently. I know more when it comes to intel 370 mendocino, coppermine, and tualatin cores. Don't be intimidated, most overclocking will just start with getting a new heatsink and slowing bumping up the fsb a little.

How are you with computers and hardware? Did you build this yourself?

Links,
cpu database, shows how much you should expect from other peoples results - http://www.cpudatabase.com/
looking up computer parts/terms - http://www.howstuffworks.com/
all the downloads you need - http://files.aoaforums.com/\
motherboard monitor 5 for monitoring temperatures in particular - http://files.aoaforums.com/code.php?file=1841

any questions feel free to ask
