9NDA3+ pci bus not clock-locked?????

CG-NVNF3 reports pci bus clock changes with HTT, but the AGP frequency stays fixed unless you raise or lower it in bios. Is this really true or is ClockGen wrong?

This is an old post, since then I developed a strong sense of disbelief in reports generated by overclocking and hardware monitoring utilities for NF3 boards. I guess these boards are not matured enough for really good model specific utilities to be developed; for instance, the excellent 8RDAVCORE, but I will try the 67mhz agp setting......it was really unnerving to see my PCI bus so outrageously high when my board was running so comfortably at 284. BTW, Epox support replied to a ticket I filed concerning the PCI bus not appearing to be locked, and they implied "the PCI bus shouldnt be locked". Well thats bad news for 9NDA3+ owner like me: having to use a AUDIGY2 and a PCI NIC so I can get the same LAN performance and sound quality of my 8RDA+.

Yeah, yer right, still the question remains: is CG bad or has Epox goofed up.

What do you mean is CG bad or the epox goofed up, my 3500+ is CG and will clock in excess of 2.7ghz on my 9nda3+

To me it's still an issue because raising the agp frequency by 1mhz makes Clock Generator stop reporting a pci frequency that raises and lowers with the HT setting.
