Finally

Today I recieved my new set of RAM sticks and have spent quite a bit of time testing and what i can get out of my system, while keeping it stable, is 2370.4MHz 11*215 with RAM timings of 2.5-3-3-7, 1:1, 2.8v

what could be holding me back, cause i know that my RAM can do much more than that.
the rest of my system is in sig below.

I still think it's the lack of L12 FSB200 wire mod, that I have already mentioned a few times in your other thread. Or have you already done the mod?

If you run an AMD XP-M, it utilizes FSB133 bios ROMSIP table, since FSB133 is the default for these CPUs - these are some chipset timings. As you raise your FSB the timings still remain very sharp (no matter what you set in bios, some remain simply unchanged), until the chipset refuses to work without errors. People usually hit the wall about FSB 200-210 MHz. L12 mod makes your motherboard and the chipset think you have a CPU with default FSB166 or even FSB200 - so this is simply a way to fool the chipset and to force it to use some more loose timings, so that you can go higher with the FSB (hope I've explained the matter in simple words ).

Here is some good guide on that, but without any explanation, why the thing is recommended (and it is indeed, especially for mobiles) :

Yes, I've had it on Abit and Epox so far, but it should work on every Socket A motherboard.

Sure you've done everything properly?

http://www.geocities.com/trats102002/nf7sFsbsense.html

"The 1st and 3rd L12 bridges on the mobile CPU are closed and opened to give low (grounded, logic level 0) and high (logic level 1) signals by default. Based on the front-side bus truth table (p.75, AMD 26237.pdf data sheet, rev. C, May 2003), the bus frequency for the XP-M is technically reserved. The combination of a closed (grounded) 1st L12 plus the ah30-ah28 (ground) mod would produce low signals on the XP-M L12s, similar to a 200fsb CPU where the 1st and 3rd L12s are closed by default. Unlike a 133fsb CPU which has opened 1st and 3rd L12s, the same ah30-ah28 connection would force 166fsb L12 from 133fsb."

The L12 mod couldn't do any harm to your system, if made properly, so I have no idea, what might be wrong.

Cadaveca has got the same mobo, as far as I remember, and the L12 mod has worked fine for him.
