tough to say specifically, but:

cpu isn't liking anything other then 200x11, not 205x11, not 200x11.5, not increased vcore, nothing, everything i've tried to up it from 200x11 has gotten it to lock at windows startup, updated to latest bios from abit website earlier didn't seem to fix anything

Drop the multi to 8 and then try to increase the FSB. If you still have problems, then you are not being held back by the chip, but rather by either the board or the memory. Being a rev 1.1 NF7, I would tend to doubt that you'll hit much over 200 on that board anyway, but there are others here who have more experience than I with that particular rev.

what kind of increments should i try?

is it locked maybe? it is a desktop 2500+ even @ 55W it shares some of the same
dislikes for high vcore and fsb. I have early 2500 Bartons and both are touchy. it's
a step by step process. if you have access to the lower multi's and find the max
fsb at XX vcore, then increase vcore .025, multi, fsb, vcore even decreasing any
one or all. one of mine is locked and it took me a month to get it to 210X11 on an
NF7 rev 2.0. also check out 8rdavcore8.8 in the Epox files. it lets you make all of
the changes on the fly in Windoze.
btw, how does it fold?
