old Clawhammer max voltage

hi at all,
my A64 in my sig is still running. i want more MHz but therefore i need more volts. my question is: max. volts (24h/7d-use)? have you killed one of these 130nm cores (why? too much volts/heat?) or is it still running at high volts?

cpu specs A64 3200+ clawhammer 1024kb cache C0

you are already at 2.6ghz? what voltage is that at? thats the upper limit that clawhammers reach, I can't see you getting much more even with more voltage, I'd just make sure your current voltage is safe

2.5GHz@1.65V load 40°C <- for 24/7 use
2.6GHz@1.8V load 47°C <- i'm not shure if this is good for daily use

I really can't recommend 1.8V for day to day use. I'm pretty sure you'll toast the chip, and most likely kill the mobo in the the process... mine died at 1.8V BTW. Killed my board too.

47°C? what cooling are you using? that temp wouldn't be problem, though I'd check out your vrm temps at that voltage

let it run full load for 3 days @ 1.8v(cpuburn)...if it's not dead, you got an awesome chip.

I take it you still have case fans then if your VRM is that cool under load with watercooling
