this PSU good enough?

ok im building a computer for a friend, im wondering if it would be good enough for his computer. the mobo is 24 pin, but the PSU is 20 pin. It's a powerlab 450W.

Specs:
AMD athlon 64 3200+ venice
EPoX 9NPA+ Ultra
Chaintech Geforce 6600 gt
160 gb SATA HD
DVD r/rw-+
CDburner
Corsair value select pc3200 400mhz dual chanel ram 2x 512
Audigy souncard(for now Audigy Ls later, Audigy 2 zs or something around there)
2x 120 mm fans 2x 80 mm fan
Wireless USB reciever

now the ratings on the PSU
+3.3V - 30A
+5V - 50A
+12V - 25A (this is the one that matters most it seems, im sure its good enough)
-12V - 0.8A
-5V - 0.5A
+5VSb - 2A

Thanks.

I would buy a better quality brand than that. The build quality often counts more than the actual specifications of the product. Enermax, Thermaltake, Seasonic, or PC Power & Cooling. Those are quality makers. Powerlab is less than impressive.

well, looking at it.. it looks like it probably wouldnt do.. the power is a 20 pin mobo is 24, but there is no external connector on the video card, so it wouldnt be getting enough power, right? plus i dont think it has any sata power cables..unless they come with mobo or something... looking at some PSU's right now.

dont forget about the PowerStream series from OCZ!

it has the BTX(24pin) connector, 2xsata power connectors and 1xpci-e power connector(there might be two but i'd have to look) and 6 standard molex power connectors

Well that really depends on the model and the power rating. I have been largely unimpressed with OCZ power supplies, particularly with their build quality. The Enermax units are both efficient and stable, and have been for a very long time. OCZ has had some absolutely terrible problems early on with quality control, some of which never even made half of their claimed rating. This is why I would not recommend them. I have never seen an OCZ perform in the same category as an Enermax, which doesnt mean they are bad, just that I have personally never seen a good one.

I seriously doubt they would be as stable as an Enermax / Seasonic / TT. Ive read alot of tests and reviews, and they simple are not in that category.
