Mmk. One of those cards is AGP, the other is PCI-Express. One is a no-name company as far as gaming graphics cards go. The 6600GT is probably a perfect choice for that. You're best bet for a motherboard is probably this or this, it has enough of an integrated GPU to do anything other than intensive gaming, though you could probably even run games such as the first Call of Duty or Counter Strike 1.6 or something along those lines, but nothing like BF2. It has a PCI-Express slot and you're probably going to be upgrading to a 6600GT anyways. BTW, what are you going to be using this comp for?

Also more expensive, less upgradeable, and much tighter, and multiply your PSU options by zero.

Also much better build quality, far more desirable, easy to upgrade (if you buy the right one) and newer models can even take SLI.
A Shuttle is also cool, where as that Antec thing is bizarre, mis-shapen and it looks like the designer got bored after 10 minutes.
It's also a snot shade of green.

Shuttle
Shuttle 2
It's not that expensive, when you consider your getting a case, motherboard, PSU and all your connections etc.
It's alaso a vastly better designed product. Shuttle designers have some sense of style, that other green thing is about as stylish as a bright pink body kitted Peugoet.

I have that case in silver black aluminum. I don't like green, but all in all a very nice looking case. In pics, it looks small, but in reality is pretty big. For a mATX, it has excellent air flow thanks to the 120mm fan.

I love my case, even a slide out tray. The version I got came with a 24pin PSU. If you find a good overclocking mATX mobo, this is a good choice for cases. Keep in mind that there is a bar hanging over the typical area for the CPU socket. As such, big aftermarket coolers may be blocked. I use stock AMD64 cooling, and it fits with a little room leftover.

EDIT: search for mATX in the forums... I started a thread for my build last summer.

I agree a Shuttle might be a desirable option..depending on the price. If you can find those Shuttle's in the US, aghast, then we could make a comparison.

the shuttels still too underpowered. this has to be a media hub. We also need a way to get a surround system from around the room to hook into the PC.

I actually really like the layout of that case, and it seems to be quite a nice case according to SteveI, not to mention cheap compared to a Shuttle, and all other mentioned qualitys. But honestly, if you are going to try and impress someone, choose a different color!!

I've run a "media hub" (Aka MythTV) on a system that's a whole heck of a lot less powerful than a Shuttle. Besides, a Shuttle with an FX57 in is hardly underpowered. Think a Via EDEN running at 1GHz with an 80w PSU. My current media center/VPN gateway is a 1.5GHz Athlon-XP.

Media hub machines don't tend to need that much power as long as they've got hardware assist for HD/SD decoding.
