I have just got my new system up and runnig and found in the bios a little section on AI NOS it is ment to oc on demand to a pre set percentage of system performance ie 5% 10% oc
anybody ever used this and is it any good as this is the first non oem board with oc fuctionality i have owned i am keen to start overclocking
but i know that the stock fan will not cope with much i will be ordering the thermaltake big water kit in a few weeks
but for now this AI nos seems to improve the system speed just looking to see if anybody else use's it any tips for the use of AI NOS

AI NOS™
Boost performance when you need it the most!
Applications such as 3D games and video editing demand a huge chunk of system resource. Inject "nitrous oxide" into your CPU! The patented AI NOS™ (Non-delay Overclocking System) technology intelligently detects system load and automatically boosts performance for the most demanding tasks. Unlike other dynamic overclocking techniques, AI NOS™ reacts much faster to satisfy your unending need for speed.

I have this Asus BIOS capability but haven't used it. If your temps look OK, a 5% OC is a good thing.

don't use ASUS NOS

if you would like a tool that will auto overclock, and test for stability, please check out SYSTool, written by the author of ATITool.

Works a treat, on lots of boards, although yours may not currently be supported. It should be shortly tho.

I'm selling some of mine so it might be good for your system. Otherwise look at G.Skill, they make nice stuff.
