| AMD Pricing - an October slip and slide? Friday, 21 July 2006 AMD October price cut targets mobile CPUs Monica Chen, Taipei; Carrie Yu, DigiTimes.com [Friday 21 July 2006] AMD is planning for more price cuts for its notebook CPUs on October 23 following revised price cuts for its CPU offerings on July 24, according to sources at Taiwan-based PC makers, who noted that pricing of AMD's notebook-use Socket S1 Turion 64 X2 processors (35W) and Socket S1/754 Sempron series will be cut by 16-35%.
