When ya get'er all set and running, check in bios and let me know if you can figure out what "skew" settings effect.

no idea what skew does, im scared to touch it but it hates my NIC so i gotta go buy a new one having to use a paperweight as a heatsink, and i dont like it, 42 c as it gets into windows, also when i try to boot with my NIC in a PCI slot i get windows protection faults, why would it do that? my 8KHA+ only did it when i was heavily overclocked.....

Well, if you can make sense of it, this is what Soltek tech support has to say about what "skew" settings are/do :

Hello Sir:
This is Vincent from Taipei Soltek.Regarding to this problem.I thought
that these option(AGP,PCI,Chip,CPU) usually used for delay the clock for
these device.the unit was pico-second.

Sounds as though you should be able to slightly retard the clock mayhaps to acheive stability on a borderline oc?
