I know where there are a couple of DFI LP's and one DFI LP Venus board. Of course prices aren't what I would consider great but with limited options on 939 boards I would consider them reasonable.

Yes they do. I use to have a 3700+ doing 2.6something.

Sam; do you have a 6400 AM2? If you do; have you been able to OC? Mine would do 3.31 but that's it.

I run an MSI board. Doesn't overclock well at all. (although I think it's the ram) And it's SUPPOSE to be the "overclocking" board.

Fact is, I could not be happier with my simple single core 3800+. It does a damn fine job, it does. Plays CoD4 with excellent panache, and all around keeps the energy bill down.

But yeah. When all the Core 2s and whatnot suddenly explode and burn down your houses in October, don't come crying back to AMD. They will ruthlessly beg you to buy their chips so they don't go bankrupt.
