Hody folks...!! Yesterday I got Samsung PC2700 ram sticks....have been up al night tweaking. I tried different kind of bioses ...in order to see wich one gave me highest fsb..also tried a new beta bios 2403 that i ran across recently.....it alowed me to go al the way up to 210fsb...but with a little issue regarding the memory timings....I can´t set it anything higner than "Normal". Here is what I got...timings set to Normal.

Hello m8. it alowed me to go al the way up to 210fsb...but with a little issue regarding the memory timings....I can´t set it anything higner than "Normal". Thats a very good result m8. but can i please ask you to experimeny with your memory bandwidth. rather than a race for the highest FSB you might find that you get a higher score if u drop the bandwidth a few mhz until it allows you to use turbo settings. Have been fiddling around witj the memory timings in this bios...and it won´t allow me to set it to any thing higher than "Normal" in "Sytem Performance" doesn´t matter what fsb I´m using....but after doing some testing I have managed to set every thing else to most agressive. This is how it looks in bios: System Performance: Normal (suxx as ![]() Dram clock: 166Mhz (of course) Dram timing: Manual Sdram cucle length: 2 Bank interleave: 4bank Precharge to Active: 2T Active to Precharge: 5T Active to CMD: 2T Dram burst length: 8 Dram queue depth: 4level Fast R-W turn around: Enabled Continous dram request: Enabled Write recovery time: 2T And this is what iI get in Sisoft Sandra 2002
