Gigabyte DS3L - $74.99

Sapphire X1950pro (same you picked)- $134.99

OCZ stealthXstream 600W - $89.99

C2D E6550 - $170.99

2x1GB PQI Turbo DDR2 800 - $65.99

Seagate 250GB SATA HDD - (f WD except raptors) - $69.99

Logitech Media elite keyboard - $24.25

Logitech 0403 wired mouse - $12.99

Yea thats a much better overall system than the second one he posted and cheaper (mostly because of the XP OEM version). I don't see how its illegal to buy an OEM copy of XP, after all in this case Newegg is the OEM, you are buying the software from them and are required to purchase hardware with it. You are just building the computer and installing the software.

The OCZ psus are quite mediocre however, with tons of ripple when pushed close to their rated specs. There are much better choices in the same price range like the Corsair VX450/550, HX520 and the Enhance 5150GH. I would also definitely recommend those over the Coolermaster and Enermax PSUs specced out by the OP.
