Confused about nVidea MB driver selection & lack of audio driver

I have a Foxconn (Winfast) N570SM2AA MB with a nForce570SLI chipset.
I went to Foxconns' and nVideas' sites, but I couldn't find any audio drivers.

Foxconn seems to only have bios updates & utilities;
Foxconn - Support - Downloads

nVidea has a 18 month old UDP file (if they still call it that) that doesn't list audio;
nForce 570 SLI/570/550 - Windows

The only other software is nTune. What am I missing here??

I felt that.
Someone else stated the audio drivers aren't included in the package anymore as they were with the nForce 2 UDP. I understand there were issues with the nVidea version of the Realtek audio driver. I did find the driver, no thanks to the not so great Foxconn site and the fact it was buried on page four of the driver list after all the less important utilities.

I was also told that there might be a need for a file from M$ called a 'UAA' if the Realtek driver doesn't work.
Ok, anyone have any input here?

nvidia has never written drivers for realtek chips, but the nforce 2 chip has built-in audio aka nvidia soundstorm

There are two audio drivers listed on the Foxconn site. That one and a V1.38
I have also obtained two versions from the Realtek site (to keep things interesting).
