I want to get the first one because the second one is made by ecs who is notorious for making absolute junk

I didn't even bother checking on those boards. Three reasons for that. I just bought a Biostar GF7050V-MV and I have an ECS K7S5A. The Biostar is smooth and stable. I don't have the hardware to OC yet so the only thing I can say is the BIOS supports it. I'd buy another Biostar any day.
I won't buy a ECS again.
ECS did have a good rep. They don't any more. Why would you consider theirs over a Biostar?
And last is you have made up your mind-you just want re-assurance.
