Help finding a good AM2/AM2+ mobo

I am having a hard time finding a good AM2/AM2+ mobo. I need it to be able to use DDR2 800 ram,have PCIEx16 2.0, and I would also like it to have dual lan.

The board I have now is a piece of trash and my searching for a better one has turned up nil.

If any of you happen to know where I can find one please help me out.

Thanks,
Camel

I would like something high end I just don't have a lot of money to spend on it maybe $100-$150.

Thanks for the links.

Take a look a Asus P5Q, not sure if it will meet all your needs but it's worth a look, had mine about a year now , simply the best board I've owned...":O}

After all of the complaining I have dine about MSI lately I am actually looking at an MSI board.

MSI K9A Platinum - Review Tom's Hardware : Tom's Socket AM2 Motherboard Summer Slam

Tell me what you think. It has all the stuff I need like dual gigabit lan, multiple PCIE slots lots of sata and a pata for old school.

Wish I could be of some help to you, but I skipped AM2 and moved into core2 from 939.

I never had much luck with MSI boards though. Pretty much stick to Asus and Biostar these days.

Looks like a good choice, has about everything you could ask for and gives a pretty decent upgrade path.

When I was building the new workstation for my shop I had thought about moving into AM2 but decided to go with a pair of Socket 940 opteron dual cores on a Tyan board. DDR2 prices at the time were the killer.
