Can`t choose mobo

Looking to build my first comp, won`t be O/C as yet
can`t make up mind as to which mobo to go for
rest of system XP1800, 2X40 GIG WD HD, DVD, CDRW, 256PC2100
RADEON 8500LE

ABIT KR7A Raid
ASUS A7V266-E
SHUTTLE AK35GT/R

They are pretty much have all the same,
Raid for all
C-Media (ASUS, SHUTTLE)
LAN (ASUS)
133 (ABIT SHUTTLE)
100 (ASUS)
AGP Pro (ASUS)

So looking at the most stable, one that is going to offer least troubles installing, booting etc
133 burst speed really required?
C-Media a must?
AGP PRO need it?

Appreciate some input

AGP pro is useless.

ATA 133 is handy but only if you have a 133 drive, and it will be replaced with serial ATA soon.

C-media onboard sound, its ok if you dont have a propper soundcard.

Another board you might want to think about is the Epox 8k3a

Cheap ATA133 (raid if you buy the + version)

Very good 6 channel onboard sound

Im very happy with mine and they are reasonably priced

Look at the EPoX 8K3A+, or the EPoX 8K3A. The A+ has RAID, the A doesn't. It's a hella good board, both for price points and also the OC'ing ability of it. Ask Spyder - He hit 1.9GHz with his AMD XP1800+, with AIR COOLING!
