Virtual Unlocking Guide
Here is a cool Interactive painting guide for 5 bit Athlon XP and Duron CPUs with only these restrictions: (there have to be five L1 bridges on your CPU)

It does indeed work, very handy for "hardlocking" your cpu to a specific speed... when I sell on a personal CPU I often hardset it to predefined multiplier and voltage to make it easier for the person buying it off me...
