8k3a+ pci/agp fsb lock possible?

As the title asks, would it be possible for future 8k3a+ bios's to lock the pci and agp speeds while the cpu and ram fsb's are increased? Ive seen some kt400 boards with this feature and wondered if it was a hardware feature only on the kt400 or a software feature that could be implemented in future bios's on the kt333 chipset?
