I'm not a pro with the 64 bits'. But in Bios drop the multiplier down and try to get your Front Side Bus as high as possible, starting with an FSB of 210Mhz is a good starting place then increase slowly until not stable then go back a few.

Welcome to AOA Forums, 007!

FSB is "all" in better performance. Is your rig running well enough now to suit you?

Hi I am an old timer, retired and build systems still for family and friends.
Are you familiar with the settings needed to get a good OC with the A64's?
If you are with the bios settings, IE::HT, Divider, Multiplier, I will attempt to help you.
First off, download a tool called
A64 Tweaker
Super PI
MemTest
CPUz
SysTool
Everest Home
Tweak Ui
I realize this looks like a lot of stuff.
These are very small programs.
Very helpful in getting a computer stable and reliable with a good OC.
After you have this done, then install all these programs.
Run the A64 Tweaker with 100% default settings in bios.
You will have a page of different settings of your default memory settings.
Print this page and place it on your desk for use a little later.
I see you have ATI video card, this is a good thing because some of the tools work best with that video card.
After you get this done. Reply back to me and we will go from there.OK
Thanks BJ
