Hypertransport question
Below you will find the specs of my mobo. However until yesterday I had HT set on 4x from bios since 5x is not available. Yesterday after installing Ntune 5 I raise to 5x and had no issues. My question is; why is this 5x missing from the bios if it's there in the specs as the mobo supports 1Ghz speed?

• Supports 64-bit AMD® Athlon™ 64FX/64 processor (Socket 939)
• Supports 3000+ (D0), 3200+ (D0), 3500+, 3800+, 4000+, FX53 and FX55

• nVIDIA® nForce3 Ultra Chipset

- HyperTransport supporting speed up to 1GHz (2000MT/s)
- AGP3.0 8X interface at 533MT/s (million transfers per second)
- Two independent SATA controllers, for four drives
- IEEE 802.3 NVIDIA MAC for 1000BASE-T
- Dual Fast ATA-133 IDE controllers

probably because unless you run a very high-end system it seems to make very little difference running a 5x multiplier.

OKIDOKI I just found out that there are some hidden options in the bios and I have to press Shift+F2 and Ctrl+F4 so when I get home I'll see if I can destroy my rig :)

Yes this combination enables hidden options for MSI mainboards.
I added this in Guidemania in BIOS chapters.
But the maximum speed for Hyper Transport should be up to 1GHz = Hyper Transport Ratio * FSB (or HTT).
