Scores and what they mean

hey there I ran the benchmark tool on my machine as I thought that my video card was starting to die. I scored 1600 anyone tell me what that means?

Its very hard to decipher your score without knowing what your setup is and exactly what benchmark you are using.
Post back with your system details and the benchmark you used and it might be possible to determine if your score is typical of your components.

Thanks for your reply, here is what I have got.

Intel P4 2.4 533 FSB
512 PC 2100 Ram (Micron)
Gigabyte Titan P4 Motherboard
ATA 166 80 GB HD
ATI Radaon 9000 Pro (Stock)
LG 52x32x52 Burner
LG 52x Rom
A Case with tons of cooling (5 Fans) Have to cut a few more holes though.

I am sure that I am forgetting something but ????

2003 is a hard tested to score high in without top of line video card u should get a XT soon or a pro u have a ATI Radaon 9000 Pro or a 9600 pro

I have a 9000 pro, I was looking at the FX 5800 as of late it is reasonably priced (under 300) and I have been told that it is not as bad as the last few NVIDA products with that whole direct X issue. If I wanted to overclock mt ATI how do I go about doing that and still maiking sure that it doesn't nuke my card.
