xp vs xp64

since I just stepped into the 64bit arena, I've been asking a lot of questions lately. But I'm curious. I want to switch to windows xp 64bit but I may lose some driver support. But, I'm wondering if it would be worth the switch. What I want to know is how much better it preforms.

Does anyone have any benchmarks of the same systems, same setups, just one using xp and the other using xp64.

I'm looking for overall how games do, how 64bit games like farcry do, how applications like photoshop cs do, and other similarly related programs fair out.

Does anyone have any number, any webpage, any information at all about what the differences really are?
