Ohhh, i'm sensing that there's gonna be competition. I wanna see some scores. Perhaps you should add Aquamark, 05, and 06 scores together and then divide by 5 to get an overall score. That'd show who's was better for a broader range of 3D apps.

Perhaps we should have leagues for rigs that are similar and see who can get the best score at the same settings.

I will post it up today. Just got this thing running yesterday. New tubing so I had to let it run to check for leaks. Temps are low so I should be able to get it up there. ran 7950 or so out of the box. I am reinstalling today. So I will post after that. I might have to work to get 9K....we will see.LOL

Here is a shot at my temps while Folding X2, I have plenty of room to OC this thing....

I have the same CPU/board combo in a rig here. I'm @ 2700mhz on air with that thing, so no reason why you shouldnt push to the breaking point.

I am hoping for 3.0 but I do not know if my CPU will get there. Heat should not hold me back though...

Thanks for the vote of confidence.

LOL good to see you scoring high Mark !!! Yesterday we got some Galaxy's 7900 GS PCI EX and we had time to make a rig with a cheap ASROCK 939 and a 3500 Venice and it scored better than my rig in every bench except 3dM2001. So it's either AGP that limited or something is wrong, maybe I'll try a clean install of XP on a HDD@home I don't think that the 3500 not OC would score higher than my 3200 since it's running @ 2200)

I had a few issues last night. It ended up being a memory issue. I think I have it cleared up now. I'll post my score tonight...

Let's see if you are correct.

Please do. This is a face off with Chris. He threw down the gauntlet a while back and has been lippy ever since. Hopefully I can get my 05 score up there past his.

That 1900XT 512 is gonna be hard to beat..

And so the challenge begins. I'm gonna have a hard time with my 7600GT, but i'm relying on my memory timings, CPU speed, and HTT speed. And the fact that i have a few little tricks up my sleeve.
