As to educating the "youth", I'm not exactly that youthful these days......

As you know cloasters is a member of staff. We try as staff to allow,were ever possible, members to take leadership positions. We feel this is a higher use of our memberships talent and abilities.

Staff tries to facilitate member leadership and help them to make connections where needed to get things done for our various teams and projects.

Other wise cloasters would indeed be an excellent choice":O}
