Stupid trucking companies.

A trucking company was supposed to pick up 42 boxes today. They promised they'd arrive by 12:00P. I sent one of my guys to the warehouse to prepare the order. No one came at 12:00P. I call at 12:30. They say one of their drivers called in sick and they might be a little late and to give them until 2:00P. No one shows up at 2:00P. I call again at 2:30. They ask me if I can drop off the 42 boxes at their warehouse. Let me say, these are fairly large boxes. Most are about 36"x36"x30". The guy wants me to take them over in my car to his Jersey City warehouse which is about 20 minutes away. I tell that's impossible so they ask me wait a little longer. Probably by 3:30P. During all this time, my guys waiting in my cold warehouse, and hadn't had lunch yet waiting for these guys. 4:00P rolls around. No one. I call again at 4:30P. Same run around. I'm pretty ticked off by now and I demand they tell whether they are actually going to come to they're just telling me they are so they don't have to blow me off. They say they're doing everything they can. I call again at 5:30P. They finally say someone has left for my warehouse and to wait and not leave. At 5:55P. I get a call from the driver that they're less than a mile away and not to leave. They arrive at 6:05P. Only 6 hours late...
