I've stealthed my mouse...

hi, I steathed my optical mouse by placing it upside down into the keyboard tray flush with the tray,
I then placed a piece of etched acrylic on top, with the pad I choose it just moves around like normal to activate left and right functions I simply push on the side I want.
I went and reversed the mouse buttons through windows mouse settings.
the top pad can be any shape, I just used this for testing...
so the mouse stays still and the pad moves for a change...
no wires, no mouse. here's a pic

yeah the big piece that's etched stays still, just a little piece on top moves with full function let's just say the mouse is now only 3/16" thick.

Herein may lie the disadvantage of this most cool mod to a mouse. I think the wobbling(if that is the case) might make me unenthused about this mod.

nothin wobbles, it's flat upside down the piece slides on top of other piece.
look at this maybe this will help...
this might give insight on what I did.

Thanks for letting us know this, web56n. How do you click the mouse, if you don't mind me asking?

sorry it took soooooo long, to click r/l buttons you simply push down on the side you want the switches are still there but in reverse.
let's put it this way take your mouse off your mouse pad, then divide the mouse pad in half... one side is right and the other left.
now if you want right click action you would just press the mouse pad on the right and left for left..
