my pain in the butt mod..

anyone that has a YY cube knows what it takes to cut and mod this sucker..

Sorry about the quality but this friends digi cam sucks..

Mods ive done are:

1) cut top window and added a plexi plus a luminous blue fan (exhaust) right above the cooler and mosfet area.
2)Cut side window and added a intake hole(no fan needed cause of short distance to cpu cooler) and this giving the cpu FRESH air.

Added to the above a pair of chrome alien laser cut grills

3)Cut a rear 80mm fan whole(this sucker took 3 saw blades) and added a sunon fan for exhaust .
4)Made a front intake helping the 120mm fan inside as it only got air from the bottom and added a Crystal Led fan grill.

5) Painted the whole inside with a dark blue(just hated that grey metal look)

Offcourse i did the clean cable stuff so i have NO cables disrupting my airflow.
Also added 2 cold cathode blue tubes but the damn cam cant shoot too good in the dark.

The case cost me about 320 usd
the modding cost went to about 70 usd
And time involved about 12 hours total work and a day or 2 to plan.

Btw i got an offer for about 550 euros for it allready...hehehe

Very nice customization, GREEKRAGE! There are less Yeong Yang cases than there should be. I'm glad that your's will help remedy this shortage!

Very nicely done there Greek! I must admit I had my doubts when you bought that case.

It appears that it turned out quite well.

Congrats.
