Welcome to the forum Stealthing your CD drives is accomplished by putting a faceplate over them that is slightly wobley and has a nub over the eject button. I am not exactly sure how to do it. Try doing a search on google. As for stealthing a FDD, I have never even seen it done. However, most people use a FDD so rarely that you could just mount it in an internal bay facing the interior of the computer. You would just have to open the case when you used it. Which most likely would only be for bios upgrades.
