gunshot pics - finally

Well, talk about the most hopeless password retreivel system in exsistance..

IT DOESNT WORK!!!

you try it..

i would have posted pics about a month earlier, but the password retreival didnt work..

I used a 45 hunting rifle and the painted over top etc..

My case has 3x 120mm fans as air intake

1x 120mm, 2x 80mm and 1x PSU fan out take..

The fans are in 4 switchable circuits at 5v, 12v, or off.

My case has a window on the other side (not gunshot) with a red case neon

the front 120mm intake hole has been bored into the front of the case and i used some drain pipe to put the fan about 2 inches back, and put some metal (number 8 wire) bars infront of it.

cut a hole in the bottem for 2 120mm fans.

stealth moded one of the cd drives.

The top blow hole was drilled with drill bits to make a spiral (looks nice..

@ 12v the fans do about 110CFM, so thats about 300 CFM air intake

only thing is i lose a ISA slot cuzz the fans in the way (if i take one out it can be used again.

I cant OC because my gigabyte mobo doesnt have bios steping = goes straight from 1GHz to about 1.4GHz

is about 6degress C cooler than old case

it is a full tower case..

i might be selling the case soon as i want to do another one with a water cooled rig setup..

Something about that gunshot panel........I find at once disturbing and satisfying. Disturbing in part because I'm "100% anti-gun". Satisfying in part because I appreciate quick and simple resolution of engineering issues.

Bah! I don't like guns either. And don't give me the, "Oh, I use it to hunt" excuse. You don't use that sort of thing to hunt. there is alot of war going on, even with nuclear powers, so im just saying, if hell breaks lose, you would be wishing for a gun then..

Err actually explination of the hardware. Glock 23 i am going to use that in law enforcement, i take my final test in about 3 months to become a officer(tierd of this cable lineman crap). The .22 below it is for vermin around the house here we have a unnatrual excess of squrells. The mini 14 is just for fun and the ar will be going with me in the squad whenever i start. And the answer to the comment that if someone breaks into your house. About two years ago when i was living with the parents my father stopped a subject trying to break into our house while he was evading arrest. The subject was armed but deciced his odds were aginst him with 2 of us with weapons vs. him with one. Not to mention i LOVE to target shoot.

I like shooting stuff, but id never aim at a living being, unless i really had to. as to if a terrorist came into your house and went ape with a knife, why would u want a gun? when less violent means would work?

moral of the story: if someone breaks into your house, shoot them then shoot 2 bullet holes in the ceiling.. That way when the cops come you can say you fired 2 warning shots but then he started running to you waving his knife madely and you had to shoot him..
