Lubic, anyone tried this stuff?

seems to be a kind of standardised but flexible framework to build cases how you want and make them look good. Most seem to just have frames and not sides, some have bothered going all the way with perspex sides and things.

Some damn nice mods. The basic kit on maplin is £70 though, with £100 for a larger kit. They don't specifiy the difference between them though. Has anyone worked with it?

Edit: I can't afford this stuff so I'm looking for mecano on ebay for a new case. Never had mecano when I was younger and was forced to sell my lego last year for moving house.
