To get a wind tunnel effect the CFM in needs to be about the same as the CFM out. You can use fan controllers to fine tune the speed of you case fans.

It looks to me like your case has an upper and lower compartment. You would only need to get good air flow going in the lower compartment, assuming you're not going to have 6 hard drives in this machine.
